We will email you a detailed document called “Underground Release Agreement” explaining the remainder of the work that needs to be completed and your responsibilities in the process.
Once the electronic signature document has been returned the construction process will start. Construction can take up to 4-8 weeks depending on the weather to complete.
It is not necessary for you to be onsite for this portion of construction, but if you have any preferences for the route of the fiber drop, box placement on your home, or anything onsite our drop crew should be aware of please let us know.
