Is there a contract or minimum commitment required?
The terms of the service, including contract length and any minimum commitments, vary by situation. It is always Air Link’s intent to not require service contracts. Contracts would only be required on installations that require more than typical supplies and/or equipment that is not paid for at the time of installation. For example, network cabling expansion to accommodate wiring of the desk phones or adding network devices such as switches. We provide a walk-through prior to installation to determine what, if any, additional costs or contracts would be needed to complete the installation.

Installation is typically straightforward. Air Link will provide pre-configured desk phones, and these will be installed by one of our talented technicians. What do you offer for mobile workers?
Air Link offers our service called Max Mobile and Max Data. Max Mobile provides an eSIM that is tied into our VoIP phone system and can be used on a company supplied smartphone or on a BYOD employee-owned smartphone as a second line. This service uses the cell network just like any other smartphone without the hassle of trying to use an app for calling. This allows you to use the native dialer on your smartphone by just selecting which line you want to use to make your outbound call. This also allows you, as a business, to keep control of the calls by keeping them within your organization. This service stops the need for employees to give out their personal cell phone numbers to customers and to keep business and personal calls separate.
We also offer Max Data, which is unlimited data for mobile phones if needed.
Please speak to your representative for more information on Max Mobile or Max Data.
